Having received high-quality music education since the age of three, Hyunjung Jung was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, and is now based in London. She went to the Art High School and holds a Bachelor's degree in classical music composition at Ewha Womans University, the most prestigious women's university in South Korea. Although she grew up with Mozart, Beethoven, Bach and much more, she became interested in all genres of music and the music business. This led her to conduct a master's degree in London at University of Westminster.

Hyunjung can also play jazz piano, harp, organ, and a little bit of guitar and cello as it greatly inspires her to work as a musician, art entrepreneur, and music teacher. Grounding on her education and interest in diverse instruments, she works as a composer and pianist in the Jung's Trio which she formed to popularise classical music to the public.

She is especially intrigued by music education in areas like piano, music theory and music history for the young generation, and has been teaching kids since 2014. Moreover, she teaches Korean traditional music at the "London Korean School", the largest Korean school in the UK and disseminates Korean traditional music to a broader audience. Hyunjung really enjoys working as a music teacher and always aims to provide an enjoyable experience of music to children. In January 2022, she joined the Music House for Children team, where she is excited to provide quality music education to a diverse range of students by combining the Korean music education system and the UK music education system.
